192.1688.9.1 C class Private IP address used for Local network. There are some router and modems brands that are using 192.168.9.l as the default login IP address for the router. Login 192.168.9.1 from Web Browser
You need to connect the router using LAN cable or wireless SSID to access router settings from the browser. you need to physically be available near the router to access settings if remote login is disabled in the router.
- Power ON router using DC adapter included with the adapter.
- Use LAN cable to connect router from LAN port to PC LAN port or you can use WiFi network name to use wireless connections.
- Window/Linux/ MAC OS settings should be in DHCP mode or use static IP 192.168.9.100.
- Open Web browser and access http://192.168.9.1 to URL bar and access router settings.
- If everything goes well you will get a router login page asking for a username and password.
- Provide default username and password as available on router sticker for default credential.

192.168.9.1 IP Address Not working
IP address not working or taking a too long time to respond may come due to many network misconfiguration issues or settings may change.
- If using LAN connection check LAN cable working and connected to router LAN port instead of WAN.
- For wireless connection check if you are connected to the same WiFi router network.
- If IP address not working make sure the default IP address 192.168.9.1 is already changed with any other new IP address.
- Make sure computer or laptop LAN settings are in DHPC mode or use the same series Static IP address.
- Make sure you are using the IP address in a proper way. http://192.168.9.1 or 192.168.9.1 is the proper IP address. Avoid using http//192.168.9.1, 192.168.9.l, 192.168.9,1. 192.168.9 .1 and others.

Reset Router to Restore 192.168.9.1

- Locate a small reset button to the router /modem.
- Use a clip or needle to press the reset button.
- Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds and monitor router LED lights will automatically turn off and turn on again.
